Built using a Hartwood Locost 7 chassis and using a MK2 escort as donor vehicle for engine, gearbox, ales and steering. Built with an excellent eye for detail and SVA tested when completed in 2004.
The current keeper has owned the vehicle since 2020, he advises of a recent engine rebuild with new piston rings, big end shells and oil pump. Sold with a very large history file including original SVA docuements, a well organised folder of each element of the vehicle for servicing, wiring diagrams etc, photos of the chassis build, receipts for the build as well as servicing and maintenance.

First registered January 1977 this late model Shadow 1 features front and rear head rests and front air dam comonly found on the Silver Shadow 2 launched later in 1977. Finished in Moorland Green over Pewter with Moorland green interior accents incuding lambswool over rugs.
Owned by the current owner since 2014 who has improved the car with the addition of the highly prized Harvey Bailey handling pack fitted in 2020 at a cost of over £4,000. Sold with an extensive history covering servicing from over 30 years ago right through to the large amount of preventative maintenance and service carried out by the current owner mostly completed by a well known Rolls Royce specialists.
Showing 24,000 miles although previous servicing documents and MOT records show it is likely 124,000 miles. Now tax and MOT exempt. Also sold with original book pack and 2 sets of keys including fobs to control remote central locking.

Overfinch took the 4.2 litre supercharged V8 engine and pushed the power up to 440BHP, fitted larger 6 piston brembo front calipers with 380mm discs front and rear, stainless steel exhaust system, 22inch wheels, overfinch bodykit and bespoke interior replacing the plastic trim with high gloss carbon fibre, extending the leather and adding alcantara along with Overfinch signature red face dials.
